Hicks Block is purchased by Bryan Falk and Sarah Lafrenz in May 2019. The couple plan to remodel and modernize the property, including upgraded electric, plumbing, HVAC and finishes. The apartments on the Tyler Street side and many on the 6th Street side need significant work.
