Window Improvements

Parker, Hicks Block Loft Apartments’ handy man has been working his butt off this summer on scraping, patching and painting basement, and first level windows. Eventually new storm windows will be installed over all the windows to increase thermal efficiency, protect the windows from the elements and reduce sound transmission.
